Senior Product Manager – Vendor Incentives Automation
Location: Raleigh, NC – Hybrid (4 days onsite)
Duration: 12-month contract with potential conversion to FTE
Schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST; occasional early calls with India team
Interview Process: 3 rounds – Hiring Manager, Product, and Engineering teams.
Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the transformation of vendor incentive processes from manual, spreadsheet-based workflows to an automated enterprise platform. This role will own product strategy, roadmap, requirements, and delivery while partnering closely with Merchandising, Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the Vendor Incentives product roadmap .
Lead automation across contract ingestion, incentive calculations, accruals, settlements, and reporting.
Drive integrations across Ironclad, Oracle, Snowflake, Kafka, pricing tools, vendor master data, and product hierarchy systems .
Establish data governance, controls, auditability, and operational processes.
Translate business needs into product requirements and scalable technology solutions.
Manage implementation partners and cross-functional delivery teams.
Drive measurable business outcomes through process automation and improved data accuracy.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of Product Management, Enterprise Systems, or Business Transformation experience .
Experience with Vendor Incentives, Rebates, Trade Funding, Revenue Management, or Contract Lifecycle Management .
Hands‑on experience with Ironclad or similar contract management platforms .
Experience designing automated data integrations .
Strong understanding of vendor master data, product hierarchies, pricing, merchandising, and financial processes.
Experience integrating with Oracle ERP or similar enterprise platforms.
Strong cross‑functional leadership across Finance, Accounting, Merchandising, Legal, and Technology.
Preferred
Retail, automotive, distribution, or consumer products experience.
Experience with Enable, Vendavo, Vistex, Oracle Retail , or similar platforms.
Experience building vendor portals, dashboards, or self‑service reporting.
