Job description
OnPay, a fast-growing cloud-based payroll and HR platform, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own multi-year strategy across payroll, HR, Time, and benefits streams. You will partner with Engineering, Revenue, and Operations to architect scalable regulatory solutions and drive revenue growth.
You will lead cross-functional execution, shipping AI-powered capabilities while mentoring the product team and defining metrics to measure impact and success.
