Define and drive product strategy through comprehensive internal and external market analysis

About the Team
The Ring & Blink Accessories team is seeking a results-driven Senior PM‑T to join the team. This role offers an opportunity to make significant impact by developing tech accessories that solve real customer problems. From companion devices, to mounting solutions, power options, and many more, you’ll have the ability to own the accessory vision for a suite of products. Our mission is two-fold. At its core, we enable millions of Ring and Blink devices to deliver on their most popular customer use cases by developing power-related accessories (batteries, solar chargers, power supplies), installation kits, and spare parts kits among others. Second, we aim to expand our devices' use cases and delight customers with application-specific accessories and companion devices such as Chimes and Smart Lights.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end-to-end product delivery
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
Experience in technical product management, program management or engineering
Proven experience in hardware or device product management

USA, CA, Sunnyvale - 173,900.00 - 235,200.00 USD annually
