We are seeking a curious and collaborative Senior Product Manager to lead strategy, roadmap, and evolution of Resideo's web-based software experiences across multiple user verticals.
In this role, you will define how users interact with devices, services, accounts, subscriptions, insights, and workflows across multiple customer segments, including homeowners and professionals. You will shape digital experiences that deliver intuitive, scalable, and customer-centered interactions.
As an individual contributor with significant influence across the organization, you will partner closely with User Experience, Engineering, Data Analytics, and Product teams to transform customer insights into product strategy, roadmap priorities, and measurable business outcomes. You will help define the future of how customers engage with Resideo's growing software and connected device ecosystem.
This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives in complex environments, enjoys solving problems across multiple user personas and workflows, and is passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences that deliver customer and business value.
JOB DUTIES
Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Resideo's web-based software experiences across residential and professional customer segments.
Define and prioritize customer-facing features, workflows, and capabilities that improve engagement, adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction.
Partner with User Experience, Engineering, Analytics, and other Product Managers to deliver cohesive end-to-end experiences across web, mobile, connected devices, and software services.
Translate customer feedback, behavioral analytics, market trends, and business objectives into actionable product requirements and roadmap priorities.
Lead product discovery efforts, including customer interviews, usability reviews, market analysis, and competitive assessments.
Develop business cases, value propositions, success metrics, and product launch plans for new capabilities and enhancements.
Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate technical tradeoffs, platform capabilities, integrations, system dependencies, and implementation approaches.
Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
Partner with stakeholders across the business to align priorities, communicate product direction, and achieve customer and business outcomes.
Drive innovation in digital experiences, helping shape how customers interact with Resideo's connected home, security, video, and energy solutions.
YOU MUST HAVE
7+ years of industry experience, including Product Management experience supporting software, SaaS, digital products, or connected technology solutions.
Experience owning product strategy, roadmap development, and feature prioritization for customer-facing digital products.
Experience partnering with Engineering and User Experience teams to deliver web and/or mobile software products from concept through launch.
Demonstrated experience managing products serving multiple user types, customer segments, or workflows.
Ability to travel up to 20%.

Experience working across complex ecosystems involving multiple user personas, customer journeys, and stakeholder groups.
Experience in Agile product development environments.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across business, design, and engineering teams.
Demonstrated ability to build alignment in matrixed organizations and lead through influence.
Experience working in global and geographically distributed teams.

Hiring Salary Range : The typical hiring salary for this role, ranges from USD $ to $ per year but varies by specific work location. Within a range, our company determines base pay for an individual based on various factors, including market conditions, skills, and experience.
Incentive Eligible (RBP) : This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus of up to 15% of the annual base salary. The bonus is contingent upon both individual and company performance.
