Job description
Bitpanda is seeking a Growth & Onboarding Specialist to lead end-to-end acquisition and onboarding for Fusion customers. You will optimize funnels for active traders and high-value crypto clients, building scalable channels across paid, owned, community, affiliates, and partners.
You’ll design CRM journeys that convert users into funded, actively trading customers and develop compelling onboarding materials.
