Location: Centennial, Colorado. This role is open to applicants employed from Vicon offices in Oxford, Denver or Los Angeles, or from other locations as applicable.

Role Overview
As our Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the positioning, storytelling, go-to-market, competitive intelligence, and growth of your vertical. The Senior PMM leads strategic projects, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and owns the end-to-end execution of a successful Product Marketing function for this vertical. You will create buyer personas, craft positioning and messaging, lead content development and sales enablement, and track results to ensure a significant impact on the business.
Key Responsibilities
Own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution to drive measurable commercial growth for the Life Sciences vertical.
Develop and own the positioning and messaging of the Life Sciences vertical, collaborating with Marketing, Product and Sales to bring messaging to life.
Collaborate with teams to create compelling sales and marketing collateral and internal/external communications to drive adoption and growth.
Identify success metrics and measure the results of strategies and initiatives to continuously iterate and maximize results.
Conduct customer and market analysis to understand the competitive landscape and establish product differentiators.
Create marketing programs (e.g., sales documentation, product videos, website copy, blog posts, white papers) that articulate the benefits of the product and/or features.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
2-4 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with a strong understanding of the entire product marketing function.
Strong analytical, execution and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Result-driven mindset focused on outcomes and not just inputs.
Ability to work independently and effectively within a fluid environment; systematic and organized work.
High energy and contagious enthusiasm.
Familiarity with the Life Science sector (biomechanics / sports science / gait analysis / sports vision) is an advantage.
