Job description
GlobalFoundries in Richardson seeks a Principal Product/Test Engineer to lead cost-entitlement, yield and test-cost programs across Automotive and Industrial semiconductor portfolios. You will own WSY, FTY, COB metrics and coordinate with fab, assembly, and test teams to deliver cost and quality improvements.
Apply deep expertise in digital, analog/mixed-signal and RF test, work with ATE platforms (V93K, UltraFlex, ETS800, iFlex) and write production scripts in C/C++, Python or Java.
