Job description
La-Z-Boy Incorporated in the United States seeks an experienced Plant Lead to oversee production processes, production teams, and related activities ensuring product quality and on-time delivery. You will guide strategic planning, coach leaders, and manage manufacturing flow to meet the Annual Operating Plan.
The role requires a strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, OEE, and enterprise systems, with proven leadership of large teams and safety/compliance focus. Travel up to 10% may apply.
