Job description
Align Precision Corp. seeks a Manufacturing Director to lead the manufacturing and packaging functions, driving cost, quality, service, compliance and safety. You will structure the organization, develop policy, supervise equipment, and coordinate schedules to meet sales requirements and plant capacity.
You will champion lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement, directing cost control, waste reduction, and on-time delivery while ensuring regulatory compliance and safe operations.
