Job description
Perfetti Van Melle in Loves Park, IL seeks a Sr. Production Manager to direct all production activities with strong safety leadership. You will plan resources, execute the production plan, and lead improvements across lines, aligning with plant leaders to raise standards.
Must have 10+ years in manufacturing with leadership experience and expertise in TPM, 5S, Lean, and Six Sigma. Excellent communicator and change agent with a focus on safety and cost control.
