The Person We Want
We move fast, and we need someone who does too.
You should be organized, dedicated, hardworking and accountable . You don't wait for someone to tell you that an order is late — you know it's at risk weeks before it becomes late and are already working on the solution.
We want someone who can build strong relationships with our factories while also holding them accountable on price, quality and delivery .
This is not a position for someone who simply updates a WIP. We want someone who owns the WIP and owns the production process .
Responsibilities

Managing production from PO through shipment
Communicating directly with overseas factories
Maintaining accurate, up-to-date WIP reports
Tracking production milestones and delivery dates
Negotiating FOB/LDP costs and resolving costing issues
Following up on fabrics, trims, samples, approvals and production
Escalating potential delays before they affect delivery
Working closely with Design, Sales, Operations and Sourcing
Managing priorities across multiple customers and programs
Helping improve our production systems, processes and factory accountability
