Job description
GovCIO is seeking a Program Director to manage a portfolio of federal IT contracts across the west coast. The role is located in San Diego, CA and will be a hybrid position with frequent visits to federal customer locations.
The candidate will direct all phases of programs, owning cost, schedule and technical performance, while negotiating contracts and coordinating proposals. Leading engineering teams and developing new business are key responsibilities.
