The Salvation Army of the Twin Cities is seeking a Senior Program Director to provide strategic and operational leadership for HOPE Harbor and Harvest Hills programs in Minneapolis, ensuring compliance, effectiveness, and alignment with the organization's mission while overseeing staff, budgets, and partnerships.
