Job description
The Salvation Army of the Twin Cities seeks a Senior Program Director to provide strategic and operational leadership for HOPE Harbor and Harvest Hills, ensuring compliance, effectiveness, and alignment with the mission. You will oversee operations, staff, and program development, and maintain fiscal and regulatory accountability.
This role participates in rotating on-call, represents the programs in the community, and guides referrals to support long-term stability for individuals and families
