Job description
Northrop Grumman Corp. seeks a Manager Program Management 3 to lead in-person training across the enterprise. You will translate advanced program management concepts into actionable learning outcomes and deliver sessions to current program managers.
The role requires a strong track record in facilitating training, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple cohorts with significant travel. A Bachelor's or Master’s degree with extensive PM experience is expected.
