Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking a Manager Program Management 3 to lead and deliver in-person program management training cohorts across the enterprise.
This role develops and refines content, ensuring learning outcomes translate into practical, measurable improvements in program delivery. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator and presenter with a proven track record in facilitating training, able to manage a substantial travel schedule and potentially lead a small delivery team
