Job description
Artheon is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to oversee multiple related projects, lead teams of 3 to 15+ professionals, and nurture client relationships across civil engineering and environmental projects.
You will develop plans, timelines, and budgets with minimal supervision, coordinate between staff and clients, and support business development while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. This role requires a PE or equivalent license and 10+ years of experience.
