Senior Program Manager (Electronics Manufacturing Experience Required)
This is a permanent, full-time job. 9/80 schedule.
FlexStaff is seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to work for one of our clients, an electronics manufacturer, located in Melville, NY.
The base pay range is $125,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee programs throughout all phases, including proposal submission, contract negotiation, PDR, CDR, MRR, TRR, qualification, validation, production, and delivery.
Collaborate with business and functional management to align workload, staffing, processes, and procedures.
Identify efficient methods to achieve program objectives while meeting technical and contractual requirements.
Implement controls for performance analysis and corrective actions as needed.
Serve as the primary contact for internal and customer communications.
Contribute to new business proposals and project projections.
Ensure program profitability, schedule adherence, and technical performance.
Prepare and present review packages to senior management and customers.
Lead risk and opportunity management for programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
The ideal candidate would have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7-9 years’ experience in program management within a manufacturing environment, with working knowledge of high-reliability hardware requirements and RF component design, production, and testing.
