Job description
Amazon’s GSCE team seeks a Sr. Program Manager to own end-to-end benchmarking and scorecard strategy for quality KPIs across regions.
You will drive CBRS methodology, lead multi-month studies, and partner with ACES, Analytics, and Finance to deliver measurable improvements across 1,000+ stations worldwide. You will build AI-powered tooling, translate complex statistics for operators, and drive automation to scale benchmarking insights.
