Job description
PHINIA is seeking a Sr Program Manager to oversee all aspects of assigned programs and projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget. You will collaborate with functional areas and business clients, reporting directly to the Plant Manager to support PHINIA’s objectives and guidelines.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of program management experience. PMP certification is preferred, with experience in traditional and agile initiatives and cross-functional exposure.
