Job description
Salesforce is seeking a Senior Program Manager within our Customer Success organization to lead large-scale cross-functional initiatives and new product launches, ensuring flawless execution and clear communication with executives, strategy leaders, and technology partners.
You will align business strategy with the customer experience necessary to realize it, and influence delivery models with Product Architects and Success Managers to optimize the customer journey and outcomes.
