Job description
Salesforce is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within our Customer Success organization in Indianapolis. You will own programs from inception through launch, coordinating executives, strategy leaders, and technology partners to deliver critical programs.
You will drive alignment across diverse stakeholders, apply agile methods, and ensure delivery of high-impact initiatives that enhance the customer experience and business outcomes.
