Job description
Luster seeks experienced Schedulers to support large heavy civil infrastructure programs across highways, bridges, transit, airports, and water projects. Candidates will manage master schedules, perform risk analyses, and prepare Time Impact Analyses for change orders.
Role covers design through turnover with increasing scope by experience, requiring strong communication and mentoring of junior schedulers. On‑site positions in California are common.
