Job description
Spark Foundry in New York seeks an Associate Director to lead programmatic campaigns across Display, Social, Mobile, Search and Video, owning planning for large spends and delivering strategic client decks. You will guide a team of Analysts and Managers, mentor staff, and work with agency partners to optimize campaigns and provide insights.
The role requires strong communication, data-driven decision making, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for clients
