Job description
HEICO is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the Program team and execute VMI, B2P, Kitting, and the SLEP initiatives, driving strategy, sourcing, and bid proposals to grow the programs segment.
You will lead a team, develop strategic plans, monitor market and competitor activity, forecast sales, manage customer relationships, and coordinate with senior management to allocate resources to meet program objectives.
