Metric Geo, partnered with a leading regional contractor, seeks a Project Director for heavy civil construction in Springfield, MO. Open to relocators.
You will lead DOT, roadway, bridge, and civil infrastructure projects across the Southwest Missouri region, guiding execution from preconstruction through closeout. You will ensure safety, schedules, budgets, and client satisfaction while building strong relationships with owners and project teams, mentors for PMs and PEs, and maintain DOT
