Job description
JPI invites a Project Director to lead our project teams through design development to closeout on multifamily communities in the Dallas area. You will own profit/loss, drive safety, schedule, quality, and performance, while mentoring Associates and coordinating with partners to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery for investors.
We seek a seasoned leader with 10+ years in multi-family construction, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and a track record of delivering high-quality buildings
