Job description
First Onsite Property Restoration is seeking a Project Director to lead restoration projects from scope to completion. You’ll develop accurate scopes of work, estimates, and preliminary budgets using Xactimate, partnering with Operations to meet financial goals.
You’ll manage crews and subcontractors, review proposals, and keep schedules on track while maintaining high client deliverables and project records in Salesforce. 24/7 responsiveness and strong communication are essential.
