Job description
First Onsite is seeking a Project Director to lead restoration projects from concept to completion. You will develop scopes of work, estimates, and preliminary budgets, leveraging Xactimate and coordinating with Operations to drive profitability.
You will gather field data, manage schedules, reviews of subcontractor proposals, and maintain project records. A strong service mindset and clear communication are essential.
