$140,000–$180,000 Base + Annual Bonus

A nationally recognized engineering firm is expanding its Electrical Engineering team and is looking for an experienced 𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗟 𝗘𝗡𝗚𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗘𝗥 / 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗝𝗘𝗖𝗧 𝗘𝗡𝗚𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗘𝗥 with strong 𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗧𝗛𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗝𝗘𝗖𝗧 experience.

We are especially interested in:
⭐ Senior Electrical Engineers with an active PE license and healthcare project experience
We are also open to:
⭐ Electrical Engineers with an active PE license, 7+ years of experience, strong project management experience and healthcare project experience
This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking to take on greater technical leadership, project ownership and client responsibility.
⚡ 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗥𝗢𝗟𝗘
Depending on experience, the successful candidate will provide technical leadership and/or project management across complex electrical engineering projects.
𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦:
• Lead electrical design from schematic design through construction documents
• Manage electrical engineering projects and deliverables
• Provide technical direction and QA/QC
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Work directly with clients, architects and consultants
• Develop electrical system designs, specifications and equipment selections
• Conduct feasibility studies, system evaluations and cost estimates
• Manage project schedules, budgets and staffing
• Review applicable codes and design standards
• Mentor and develop junior engineering staff
• Support proposals and business development activities
𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗧𝗛𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗜𝗦 𝗔 𝗞𝗘𝗬 𝗙𝗢𝗖𝗨𝗦
The strongest candidates will have direct experience designing electrical systems for healthcare facilities and healthcare-related projects.

𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗪𝗘'𝗥𝗘 𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗙𝗢𝗥
𝗦𝗘𝗡𝗜𝗢𝗥 𝗟𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗟:
✅ Active PE license
✅ 10+ years of A/E industry experience
✅ Strong healthcare electrical engineering background
✅ Electrical system design expertise
✅ Project management experience
✅ QA/QC and technical leadership
✅ Ability to mentor and develop junior engineers
✅ Client-facing communication skills
𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗗 𝗣𝗘 𝗟𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗟:
✅ Active PE license
✅ 7+ years of electrical engineering experience
✅ Healthcare project experience
✅ Demonstrated project management experience
✅ Strong electrical design capabilities
✅ Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary projects
✅ Strong communication and client-facing skills
𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗛𝗡𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗟 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗦𝗘
Experience with:
• AutoCAD
• Revit
• Electrical design & calculation software
• Applicable electrical codes and standards
• Electrical system design and documentation
LEED or other professional certifications are a plus.
