Deep understanding of HVAC systems, central plant optimization, and building automation controls.

Experience developing performance guarantees, feasibility studies, and detailed design documentation.

Familiarity with M&V practices and IPMVP protocols.

Skilled in evaluating engineering designs for constructability, cost, lifecycle value, and performance risk.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with industry software tools for modeling, analytics, and design.

Strong knowledge of codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

Leadership & Collaboration

Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and influence cross‑functional project teams.

Strong customer‑facing communication skills.
