P2S|CMTA stands as a provider of professional engineering services to a broad range of markets, including higher education, healthcare, ports/harbors, industrial, entertainment, commercial, laboratories, municipal, and federal sectors. Are you a Senior Project Engineer with 6+ years of experience looking to grow your career? P2S is an award-winning engineering firm named "Best Place to Work" for the past 15 years.

Employment Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday-Friday (The position is on-site, in-person only)

Salary: $105,000 - $130,000. This role is also eligible for an annual performance‑based bonus. Bonus eligibility and payout are determined by role, individual performance, and company performance, and are not guaranteed.

Level: Mid-Level

P2S has an open position for a Project Engineer based in Long Beach, CA. If you meet the qualifications below, you could be a perfect fit.

Sr. Project Engineer Requirements

Minimum of 6+ years of experience in the construction industry as a project engineer or similar, including major capital projects

Design-Build experience preferred; CMAR experience is a plus

Institutional/Higher Education experience preferred but not required

CSU experience is a plus but not required

Experience working for a general contractor on large construction projects is a plus

Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
