Job description
MP Materials in Fort Worth, TX, invites applications for a Senior Project Engineer to lead capital projects in a growing magnets/advanced manufacturing initiative. The role partners with design firms, EPCs, OEMs, and internal teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in project leadership in industrial/high-tech manufacturing, strong cost/schedule skills, and experience with commissioning/start-up and capital cost estimates.
