Page Executive in New York City is seeking a senior lawyer to lead legal review and risk assessment of debt investment transactions, with a focus on broadly syndicated loans. You will provide financing support for infrastructure and equity investments and advise stakeholders throughout the investment lifecycle.
The role requires a JD from a top US law school, 7-15+ years of debt finance experience, NY Bar admission, and the ability to work onsite 3+ days per week in NYC.
