Job description
Sunrun is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to lead complex project finance transactions, including tax equity, debt, and asset-backed securitizations for distributed renewable energy. You will be the in-house expert, structuring, negotiating, and guiding multi-million dollar deals under current federal legislation, working closely with executives and outside counsel.
