What are your contributions to the team?
Serve as Project Integrator for small – medium projects or portions of larger projects with minimal oversight
Lead project integration tasks associated with planning, scheduling, and control
Develop multi-disciplinary harmonized engineering plans that support program requirements
Develop program planning documents (e.g., Work Breakdown Structure, Organizational Breakdown Structure, Responsibility Assignment Matrix, Risk Management, Change Management, and deliverables)
Evaluate, select, and apply standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to perform a task or sequence of tasks for conventional projects with few complex features
Addiontionally, you may be expected to:
Manage and deliver on time, complex projects and activities related to Experimental Flight Test
Manage cross-functional teams in the establishment of scope, schedule and budget of projects
Work closely with technical experts, business leaders, suppliers, and customer representatives to ensure adherence and compliance of projects scope, schedule, and budget
Manage and establish methods related priorities between projects and activities
Participate and/or coordinate within the internal safety and security processes to assess, contain, and correct potential product deficiencies with cross-functional stakeholders
Prepare and provide visibility of budget requirement / resource allocation
Prepare and present visibility reports for the various levels of the organization
Coordinate and manage multi-site activities and remote participation as necessary
How to thrive in this role?
Typically 5-7 years’ experience in Project Management, Supply Chain Management or related field
Bachelor’s degree or 9+ years of Project Management, Supplier Chain Management Experience or related field
Advanced skills in oral and written communication
Thorough knowledge in Microsoft Office software
You have advanced knowledge of Project Management processes and principles (preferred)
You have previous experience in development and certification Flight Test (preferred)
You demonstrate a professional attitude and excellent communication skills (preferred)
You have excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as foresight, accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to objectives and responsibilities (preferred)
You have a natural leadership and pro‑active attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities (preferred)
You are proficient in MS Office, specifically Powerpoint, Excel, and Project (preferred)
