What You'll Be Doing:
Running massive water/wastewater treatment plant projects from start to finish.
Leading teams, managing schedules, owning the budget and crushing every milestone.
Being the go-to for clients, engineers, subs, and stakeholders.
Making smart decisions, solving real problems, and getting sh*t done.
Mentoring rising talent and setting the standard for excellence.
What You Bring:
10+ years in heavy civil or water/wastewater project management .
Proven experience with complex jobs over $50M+.
Sharp leadership skills, tough-as-nails grit, and calm under pressure.
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.
Mastery of tools like P6, Procore , and your own hard-earned instincts.
