Job description
The Judge Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to support a large enterprise client in a regulated financial environment . This engagement will focus on bringing structure, visibility, and execution discipline to enterprise technology initiatives within an organization that is scaling and formalizing its project delivery capabilities.
The ideal candidate is a senior-level, hands-on Project Manager who thrives in complex environments, can define projects from ambiguous or loosely organized work, and partners effectively with technical and business leaders to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with enterprise technology teams to identify, define, and manage projects across multiple functional areas.
Lead initiatives spanning:
End-user technology and infrastructure (e.g., network connectivity, VDI, enterprise computing)
Facilities-related technology initiatives
Help desk and IT support functions
Enterprise SaaS platforms and internal tools (e.g., collaboration tools, service management platforms, and core enterprise applications)
Develop and maintain:
Project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies
Status reporting, risk and issue logs, and executive-level dashboards
Provide clear, consistent visibility into project progress for senior and executive stakeholders.
Work across teams using different delivery models and tools (Agile, Kanban, hybrid, waterfall), aligning execution without disrupting existing workflows.
Relieve technical leads of project coordination responsibilities by assuming ownership of planning, tracking, and communication.
Support and influence the client’s project intake and governance processes , including determining which initiatives warrant formal project oversight. xhqgsiq
Ensure project delivery aligns with regulatory, risk, security, and compliance expectations common in financial services environments.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience as a Project Manager supporting enterprise technology initiatives
Demonstrated experience working in regulated environments (financial services strongly preferred)
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with minimal upfront structure
Experience partnering with infrastructure, end-user computing, and enterprise application teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior and executive leadership
Ability to operate independently and add value quickly in fast-moving environments
Preferred Qualifications
Formal project management training or certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent)
Experience helping organizations establish or mature project delivery standards
Background in enterprise infrastructure, workplace technology, or shared services environments
Rate:$75-95/HR
