Job description
Monteith Construction seeks a Senior Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate the development of multiple construction projects. You will oversee scheduling, budgeting, and quality control while serving as the project’s representative on Owner–Architect–Builder teams.
The role requires coordinating with Project Superintendents, reviewing drawings for deficiencies, and driving on-time delivery. Travel to NC/SC may be needed and LEED training is encouraged.
