ColonialWebb is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of large-scale construction projects, managing budgets, schedules, teams, and client relationships from start to finish. This role plays a key part in developing team members while driving safety, quality, and overall project success.

A day in the life
Study/develop schedules and estimate worker‑hour requirements for completion of job
Work with Supply Chain Manager to procure materials, equipment and subcontracts
Review/author RFIs and review responses to determine scope of impact
Provide information to project team to promote design, fabrication and ensure project execution
Interpret project specifications and make decisions relating to equipment, materials and subcontractors
Assist project Superintendents with daily operations and supervise Assistant Project Managers/Project Managers/Project Engineers
Ensure that regular and timely project meetings are occurring as needed for successful job completion
Responsible for owning project forecasts for revenue, cost‑to‑complete and expected gross profit
Assume primary responsibility for redemption of equipment, material, and subcontractor estimates; assume secondary responsibility for labor and other costs
You should have
A minimum of five years of commercial/industrial project management experience
Experience of hands‑on management of projects with a scope of work exceeding $10m
Ability to manage continuous flow of material and labor for large projects lasting a year or more
Mechanical and/or plumbing trade knowledge
OSHA 30‑hour certification and knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
Ability to read and understand project related documents in the English language
Ability to use current technology (i.e., laptop computer, tablet, smartphone, Microsoft Teams)
Ability to deal diplomatically and effectively with internal and external customers
Ability to demonstrate foresight and problem‑solving skills to make decisions based on information at hand
Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment
Ability to coordinate and perform multiple activities in a timely manner
