ColonialWebb is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of large-scale construction projects, managing budgets, schedules, teams, and client relationships from start to finish. For over 50 years, we've been dedicated to delivering comprehensive solutions and unmatched service to our commercial customers, earning a reputation as a trusted contractor in the industry.Perks of joining ColonialWebb:Competitive salary of $120,000 - $174,000Career development and progression401(k) plan with company matchPTO and paid holidaysExcellent medical, dental, life, vision and disability benefitsEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee referral incentivesA day in the life:Study/develop schedules and estimate worker-hour requirements for completion of jobWork with Supply Chain Manager to procure materials, equipment and subcontractsReview/author RFIs and review responses to determine scope of impactProvide information project team to promote design, fabrication and ensure project executionInterpret project specifications and make decisions relating to equipment, materials and subcontractorsAssist project Superintendents with daily operations and supervise Assistant Project Managers/Project Managers/Project EngineersEnsure that regular and timely project meetings are occurring as needed for successful job completionResponsible for owning project forecasts for revenue, cost-to-complete and expected gross profitAssume primary responsibility for redemption of equipment, material, and subcontractor estimates; assume secondary responsibility for labor and other costsYou should have:A minimum of five years of commercial/industrial project management experienceExperience of hands-on management of projects with a scope of work exceeding $10mAbility to manage continuous flow of material and labor for large projects lasting a year or moreMechanical and/or plumbing trade knowledgeOSHA 30-hour certification and knowledge of OSHA safety regulationsAbility to read and understand project related documents in the English languageAbility to use current technology (i.e., laptop computer, tablet, smartphone, Microsoft Teams)Ability to deal diplomatically and effectively with internal and external customersAbility to demonstrate foresight and problem-solving skills to make decisions based on information at handAbility to demonstrate a positive attitude and willing to work in a team environmentAbility to coordinate and perform multiple activities in a timely mannerEOE M/W/Disability/VetsVeterans and those with previous military experience are encouraged to apply.
