Job description
Principal Recruitment Consultant at DSJ Global
An industry-leading building materials manufacturing company is looking to hire a Construction Project Manager to join their growing team. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing improvement projects and new facility construction at various manufacturing sites across the US.
Responsibilities
Assess manufacturing facilities from an infrastructure and operational perspective.
Develop working plans to address short-term and long-term services necessary to maintain operational capability.
Lead maintenance and repair projects from start to finish.
Collaborate with internal and external engineering teams to deliver projects on time.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or 8+ years of facilities maintenance experience.
Proven experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment.
Previous experience working on construction projects.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with a focus on team development.
