Senior Project Manager – Data Center Construction
East Coast, USA | Major Data Center Projects | Excellent Package

The Role
You’ll lead major data center projects from preconstruction through delivery, commissioning and handover, taking responsibility for:
Project schedule, budget and overall delivery
Client and stakeholder management
Subcontractor and vendor performance
MEP coordination and long-lead procurement
Commercial management, forecasting and change orders
Leadership of Project Managers, Engineers and Superintendents
What We’re Looking For
8+ years’ construction experience
Strong background in data centers, mission critical or complex MEP-led construction
Experience managing major projects or packages
Strong commercial, operational and client-facing skills
Ambition to progress into Project Executive / operational leadership
