Senior Project Manager / Estimator
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Estimator with a strong background in large-scale site development and civil construction. The ideal candidate will have experience both estimating and managing projects involving excavation, earthwork, grading, utilities, and related civil scopes.
Responsibilities
Prepare accurate estimates and bids for large-scale civil/site development projects
Manage projects from award through completion
Oversee excavation, earthwork, grading, utilities, and other site development scopes
Review plans, specifications, quantities, schedules, and project requirements
Develop budgets, schedules, change orders, and cost projections
Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
Track project costs, progress, materials, and overall profitability
Identify potential project risks and cost impacts
Assist with business development and estimating efforts as needed
Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in civil/site development construction
Strong estimating and project management experience...
