Job description
Senior Project ManagerCoordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and work plans. Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Evaluate project progress and implement adjustments as needed. Mentor and guide project team members to achieve goals. Prepare detailed project reports and present updates to leadership. Resolve project-related issues effectively and efficiently.This Atlanta-based general contractor has nearly 30 years of experience, providing comprehensive construction services with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and long-term client relationships. This allows them to service clients with integrity in the light industrial, retail, office, medical, institutional, and interior construction markets.A successful Senior Project Manager should have: experience managing large-scale construction projects in the property industry. Retail and grocery store ground up construction preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations. Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
