About the Company A well-established South Florida commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to help lead healthcare construction projects throughout Palm Beach and Broward Counties.

Senior Project Manager – Healthcare Construction
The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing healthcare construction projects directly for a commercial general contractor and experience leading projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Commercial GC experience is required. Manage healthcare construction projects (they have an estimating department)
Lead project teams including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.
Manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, cost controls, change orders and project documentation.
Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the expected quality standards.
Provide leadership across complex healthcare projects, including occupied renovations, medical facilities, hospitals and ground-up construction.
8+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
~ Current or previous experience working directly for a commercial general contractor .
~ Proven experience managing healthcare construction projects at a commercial GC
~ Strong understanding of subcontractor management, scheduling, cost control, buyout and client management.
~ Ability to lead multiple project team members and coordinate effectively with field operations.
~ Occupied healthcare renovations.
Ground-up healthcare construction.
Hospitals, medical facilities, outpatient facilities or similar healthcare environments.
