Job description
Cornerstone Concilium seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead day-to-day PM activities on about two projects concurrently, spanning planning, design, construction and closeout. Projects are 3–5 years long, valued from $3M to $50M, focusing on abatement, demolition and heavy highway work in urban settings.
The role emphasizes driving schedule, budget, resources and risk across programs, with collaboration between APM and SPM on all tasks and multi-disciplinary permitting requirements.
