Senior Project Manager – Industrial Manufacturing Construction Projects
Location: Dallas, Texas, Onsite
Employment Type: Full Time
Work Setting: Project Sites / Office
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of construction management experience.
Recent experience working directly for a medium to large-sized commercial General Contractor .
Strong Project Management experience.
Strong experience managing project financials .
Ability to manage complex construction projects from start to finish.
Ability to prepare project budgets, GMPs, and/or hard bids.
Experience with construction means and methods.
Strong understanding of construction project processes.
Ability to manage project teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
Ability to work non-traditional hours when required by project needs.
Willingness to travel and/or relocate when project requirements dictate.
