Senior Project ManagerKimley-Horn has an opportunity for a motivated Senior Project Manager to join our Landscape Architecture team in our Boca Raton office!ResponsibilitiesWork in a dynamic team environment on a range of projects including private and public development, multifamily, mixed-use, and community planning throughout the region for a wide variety of clientsProject experience will be diverse as we provide services to both public and private sectorsHas an entrepreneurial spirit, creating a vision for their practice while facilitating the growth within each marketShape your practice and to lead the business development efforts with local developers, public agencies and/or industry contacts while building and managing your relationships with these key clientsMarkets are not limited by geography but driven by relationshipsOperate with integrity and sound business principles; providing practice vision, business planning and strategyServe clients directly and deliver for clientsBuild and maintaining positive client relationshipsHave open communication with your partners and team with the overall goal to grow your practiceAs your team grows, you will also be provided the support of a national firm to build your team and practice to serve your clientsWith success, this individual will enjoy the rewards of a competitive salary, impressive incentive-based bonus program, industry-leading retirement along with the potential to advance to ownership.Qualifications10+ years experience growing and leading a landscape architecture practice/studioRegistered Professional/Certified Landscape Architect (PLA/CLA) license or ability to obtain in 1 yearExperience developing relationships with extensive client contactsBusiness development and marketing experience including writing proposals, developing scopes of work, and creating budgets for projected workStrong desire and ability to be engaged with clients solving project problems and working with the team to deliverAbility to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organization.Ability to manage and mentor staff and direct resources effectively in a positive manner.Demonstrated ability to manage projects profitablyWhy Kimley-Horn?At Kimley-Horn, we do things differently.
