Job description
The PENTA Building Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team serving Los Angeles County and Orange County, CA. This role is responsible for managing the project team and, with the Project Superintendent, ensuring overall project success, including oversight of Project Engineers and the contractual relationship with subcontractors.
You will lead owner/design-team communications, uphold safety and morale, manage budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, procurement, and change orders.
